WHO CAN USE THE TEACHER CENTER?
Every educator is a "member" of the Teacher Center of Broome County. While most of our programs are targeted to teachers and school staff, parents and other community members are welcome to take advantage of our workshops, seminars, resources and facilities. Staff members who are under contract to one of our consortium districts or schools are always given top priority. WHAT'S AVAILABLE?

Equipment Loans
Ellison die cutting machine and dies, Classroom Performance Systems, laptop computers, multimedia projectors, digital video camera and tripod. Equipment may be signed out with proper school ID and training.

Material Preparation Area
Hot and cold laminating machines, spiral book binding machine, electric button maker, poster making station, computer workstations with Internet access, paper cutter, CD duplicator.

Resource Library
Educational books, videotapes, and periodicals.

Classroom/Meeting Space/Wireless Laptops
The classroom can be used for meetings or discussion groups. A lab of laptop computers with wireless Internet access can be set up for training in the classroom area.
